云生华(1941年)又名图 德力格尔，号黙人，大学文化，是内蒙古知名的蒙古族书法家、书法教育家、诗人等。退休前曾在内蒙古民族事务委员会处级单位任职。现为晓云（北京）工作室中央级专家丶中国国际贸易协会国际交流工作委员会会员丶中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长丶博鳌亚洲艺术人才研究中心研究员丶中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员丶《中国书画报》特聘书画家丶中国书画收藏家协会会员；内蒙古书法家协会会员,内蒙古诗书画研究会高级研究员；内蒙古作家协会会员丶内蒙古诗词学会会员等。

Yun Shenghua (1941), also known as Tudeliger, a university culture, is a well-known Mongolian calligrapher, calligraphy educator and poet in Inner Mongolia. Before his retirement, he served in the department-level unit of the Inner Mongolia Ethnic Affairs Commission. He is now a central expert of Xiaoyun (Beijing) Studio, member of International Exchange Committee of China International Trade Association, honorary curator of China International Art Museum, researcher of Boao Asian Art Talent Research Center, member of New Art Group Working Committee of China Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of China Calligraphy and Painting Daily, member of China Calligraphy and Calligraphy Collectors Association; member of Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association, senior researcher of Inner Mongolia Poetry and Painting Research Association; member of Inner Mongolia Writers Association, and member of Inner Mongolia Poetry Society.
