倪企民，男，1943年11月生，浙江湖州人，大学文化，工程师。系中华全国集邮联合会会员、中国收藏家协会会员、中国奇石协会会员、上海吉他协会会员、马耳他邮票交流会会员。主集邮票邮品；兼集奇石等。1982年，编组的"世界名画"邮集参加上海市第二届职工迎春邮展获二等奖。
